Private Sessions & Groups

Chelsea is happy to learn about the specific needs of your family or other small group and help you find creative ways of learning and practicing mindfulness together.  Private sessions are also available.

Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and include guided practice, movement, games, multicultural stories, and elements from the Mindful Schools research-based curriculum and MBSR-T.

Chelsea is able to connect with you in person in Sonoma, Napa, or Marin county or by phone.  Private session rates are sliding-scale.  Request more information or schedule a visit here.
