Chelsea is happy to come to your home, learn about the specific needs of your family, and help you find creative ways of incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life.

Try a one-time visit or customize a series for your family or your own private group.  Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and include guided practice, movement, games, multicultural stories, and elements from the Mindful Schools research-based curriculum.
